You should run it with fresh fuel after deleting the codes in the system via the scan tool or even disconnecting the battery. Also, where was it stored? If it was somewhere an animal couldve gotten to it and gnarred on some wires that could be your issue. Do a thorough visual inspection of the engine harness. I would start there.

it was in my front yard, squirrles nested in it and chewed through some wires, already inspected it all and fixed the messed up wires.. any other ideas? because i've put fresh gas, new gas pump and new gas filter.

After resetting the codes, all of those come back when the key is cycled? Have you tried any cleaners like seafoam or a three part fuel system cleaner?

If the battery was hooked up when your furry friends chewed on the wires it could of shorted the PCM. If possible change the PCM (the boxes on the fender well)and check that all the damaged wires were repaired. I wouldn't go buy a new PCM but if you could hook up another one that would eliminate that possibility.
