there are a number of places online that you can have your gauge cluster rebuilt. google gm gauge cluster repair and you will have some choices. you will have to remove the cluster and mail it to them and they will fix and return. I have had this done and it was about a 5 day turn around. Usually they fix it the same day they receive it and return it asap. have had good luck with this.

whenever there is an electrical problem, you should check all fuses and relays associated with the problem, that said, it probably just failed. my 05 chevy Silverado did this. they are little electrical "stepper motors that wear out, and also I had lights in the cluster that were out. the place I sent it to rebuilt all of it. It went to chevyspeedo.com. contact them and see what they say.
