Not running

Have a 2000 Chevy S10 4 wheel drive will run off
ether but will not run without it put a new fuel
pump new spark plugs spark plug wires distributor
cap and rotor button what else could it be and
check the fuel relays they're all working

Battery has a full charge and connections all good? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? I'm not sure of engine size? Fuel pressure for 4.3L engine, 60--66 psi. If you have the spider fuel system, it is noted for problems. Engine cranking, do have fuel injector pulse? Any applicable trouble codes?
