what could be the problem

It shakes when i accelerate, and it has like a weird
knocking sound from like the back or mid area of
the truck, its starts when i put it in drive like a small
clicking noise but as i pick up speed it gets louder
and then shakes, i checked underneath and
everything checks out okay... any ideas?
