Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced fuel pump and filter and ran fine..then died. Pulled fuel pump and
feed line was ruptured. Disconnected feed and return line at and by the filter
and tried to blow air through it. Nothing any ideas?

I drew up a diagram of the fuel system (no good one on the net) The only clue I have is that the new filter was over pressurizing the feed line. I’ll change it and see what happens.

I changed the fuel filter and verified flow from the return line into a bucket. Blew air through all the lines to check for obstruction. When I blew through the tank vent line all the way through the evap and back to the line disconnected by the filter. I got a noise from air and dirt coming from the tank vent. Then I assembled everything and hooked up a fuel pressure tester and got 62-65# while running. Checked for codes and had none. Driving for two weeks now and no problems or check engine light.

What the the fuel line and vacuum line that goes to fuel pressure regulator? Where do they lead? I have to run new ones.
