rough running only at high speed

My 2003 chevy S10 4.3 liter V6 runs rough only at high speed.(highway
speeds). it seems like it wants to go, but dosen't. runs fine at lower speeds.
Fluids are all full, I added  cleaner thru the fuel system with no luck. what
should I look for or test?
