Why do you want to switch drive shafts? It will be difficult to locate one that would work correctly.

I'm on my second center support bearing they keep burning out off the rubber they've both been aftermarket but that shouldn't matter idt

We've got lots of scrap yards up here but I got to know what will work first seeing if anyone has ever done it before

I know a custom drive shaft can be made for any mod but not sure who would do it. Mine has the same carrier bearing and have only replaced it once and 30,000 miles so far but I live in Florida with no salt. I don't know if salt effects the rubber or not. I don't know if installing it backwards effects the longevity either or if it can be installed in the wrong location on the shaft making it bind in one direction.

You got the square one I replaced it with a round aftermarket it like it's not lining up going back to square one Monday if I buy a whole used driveshaft with bearing I shouldn't have to have it balanced right

That's what I had on it to begin with the aftermarket is same concept just smaller idk the deminsions though I'll have to check the u-joints mo day cuz the square one did the same with no warning ripped right out of the center support. Something has to be out of whack somewhere
