Sure it's possible, hot rodders have stuffed all manner of small and big block engines into S10s, but they're not plug n play swaps. Try joining an S10/performance forum and reading some guides on various engine swaps to get an idea of what direction you want to go with yours. They make tons of kits for S10 modifications so things like engine mounts, wire harness, exhaust pieces, ECMs, should be readily available. Usually the biggest hangup is where headers meet power steering, or with crossmembers. But given how popular S10s are and how extensively they've been hot rodded you should have no problem finding everything you need for such a swap.
