Brake master cylinder seals gone would be my guess

If it's new, was it bled properly to get all the air out of it prior to installation (bench bled) or right after installation? After it was installed, was each individual brake, starting from the passenger rear bled off?

Yes that was put in properly and everything was checked properly there is no air in the system I think I need to reset the module or something
