2001 Chevy 1500 express van with fully charged battery has no power. What could this be?

Hooked up battery charger, shows full. Van has no power, no lights, nothing.

Check your battery cables and the ground straps.

Yep. And the ground, positive, fuse box, starter and alternator wires are all attached and unbroken.
I have no answer but have same problem with same vehicle

my starter wire is loose. have problems starting. how to get wire to stay in place to start?

The problem I'm having went from alt, battery,starter, now all good, seems fuel pump. All within 2 weeks. Every part replaced did not fix same problem. I cannot find problem. All fuses and relays are good. I've check everywhere every harness I can't seem to find the frayed wire or whatever. Is it the computer????
