2001 chevy express van alternator not charging

2001 chevy express van 4.3l alternator not charging I have
put two new alternator on it and still wont charge. First was
a reman second one was brand new. Also has new battery.
Large red power cable is good. Has battery voltage. I tested
the two little wires also little red while running is ten volts.
Little grey is around 8.5 to 9ish when running. I have also
checked my fuses and fusible links all good

Battery has a full charge and battery cables/connections all good? Did you check trouble codes? I saw 4 possible codes. The info below is circuit description for one of those codes. The codes I saw are manufacturer specific codes for L and F terminals.

also, this wiring diagram. The bat terminal at generator should read higher than battery voltage, if charging, engine running. If you turn on accessory, engine running, does the charge output change? That's all I know. goodluck

I have a 2001 chevy express 3500 passenger van and any help in how to get the battery light off will be greatly appreciated. I have put on a new battery also changed the also changed the alternator. The light still wont go away. Any suggestions
