How about the brake light switch on the brake peddle? Is it connected correctly? Is it activating when the peddle is depressed? If the fuses are good, wiring is good, lights and grounds are good, it just may be the switch. Make sure there is an electrical current going to the switch. Is there current at the light plug when the brake peddle is depressed?
