Why do my brakes shudder?

I went from 14" wheels (standard) to 15" wheel on my Dodge Dakota and

within a few months, the brakes are shuddering. I upgraded the rotors, calipers

and pads but it still happens. Any ideas?

Right , check the steering and suspension components for wear and looseness. Also check the balance of the wheels.
