aftermarket radio

Okay so if i installed this aftermarket radio in my
dodge and the radio never goes off but just displays the
time nothing else would this kill my battery bad its not
big just a regular head unit

Yes, it will slowly run down the battery.

Con anyone help me with this. After I hooked up all the speaker wires I'm left with one blue coming from the car and a white with black line and gray with black line to the radio. The power side on the one front car to radio I have red yellow orange with white line and white with black line. Help
