i have a dodge 94 1500 turned of now wont even turn over. everything else seems to work. any ideas?

i shut it off. the next day it wont turn over doesnt sound like it is even getting juice to the starter.

Most likely your starter died. Take it off and have it bench-tested. Most parts stores will do this for free.
