I have a 94 Dodge Ram 1500 46 RH transmission when you put it in drive it hesitates and then it gose in drive real hard

I've done all that and change new oil and filter

When it does this you can start to feel the transmission engage and then it hesitates and engages real hard

There's solenoids inside the transmission that go bad, you access them through the transmission oil pan. They can cause all of you symptoms.

It was throwing that code before the transmission ever messed up
