I have a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 and the passenger side headlight is dim.

Question type: General

Passenger side headlight is dim and when I switch to high beams it gets even
dimmer.  Driver's side works perfectly.  I have changed both bulbs, checked that
all the grounds are tight and removed the daytime running lights module as I
thought that was the issue, but nothing has helped.  What to check next??

I'm thinking it is the relays...weak or failing to deliver full voltage. I can't find any specific information but check your fuse block under the hood. Some systems have a four separate relays to power high/low/left/right. So a relay failure doesn't leave you completely in the dark. Test or swap them around and see what it does. Incidentally, that is a very nice 24 year old truck. You have snow but no rust. Nice.

I had the same issue and replaced a few relays bam lights again as bad as I got to say it we got to replace some things that we can't fix properly.
