NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!

I'm fixing my 2001 Chevy Malibu at the 2003
engine everything was working just fine I charged
the AC when I I was done every thing worked now
my gauges temp, mph, gas dont work and the ac
doesnt blow or have any lights on I'm assuming it's
electrical or fuse I was trying to find the body
module control cluster where the function module
control cluster which I've heard may or may not be
the case which was fuse 37 I pulled that it was
good I pulled the relay number 18 and it was good
also 53 underneath the hood anybody have any
suggestions and also how do I check the the black
fuse underneath the hood in the fuse box I think it's
a diode for the AC compressor or clutch I will
attach a picture of it help please

Okay I think it's the ground wire to the blower motor as to why my air heat and ac does not blow I was moving wires around and it would turn on. So now I need a little guidance as to how to I fix it wires are all buddle with others leading to the fuse box on passenger side
