So did he jump your battery or not? Did you check all the basic stuff, like cable connections? Did you reflash the new ECM? I've read they need to be reflashed with a scan tool or they may not recognize input from other sensors. Do you have a CEL on? Security light on?

Yes he jumped it and it sparked melted the negative terminal had way to much juice. How do you reflash it? What is the CEL? No security lights are on. I checked the fuses and relays.

I assume his truck was 24V. You'll have to have your battery tested or replaced, you should check the fusible links too, one of those may have been fried. CEL = check engine light. Was the new ECM a matching part number to the old one?

Its not a diesel truck it is a 318 V8. the ECM was matching yes and no CEL is on.
