Pulled all bolts and hoses from water pump, now it's stuck on and won't budge, where's best place to pry in order to break loose?

If you are 100% SURE you have all the bolts out, tap on it . not to hard, all over and see if it will come loose.

The previous poster 's suggestion is good. Use a soft mallet. If you need to pry look for a part of the pump that is away from the seal, as you don't want to damage the sealing surface.

I usually use a brass or plastic hammer or brass rod, IF I need to go that route. Sometimes a small blade that i put in and tap on slightly to pry a lil. But like guys mentioned make sure its not bolted, maybe use inspection mirror to check if you cant see good
