HELP! my truck is stationary. It starts fine, shifts gears, but isnt moving. There are no particulates in the trans oil, and i have no idea what to do. Im thinking its linkage but i cant be sure. Advice?

problem with 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 magnum 360 v8 4x4. Possibly linkage? Possible
sensor? Possibly governor solenoid?

I had that problem with my 1999 b3500 Dodge van. Turned Out to be the torque converter.
