Asked by Matthew Dec 10, 2013 at 01:42 PM about the 1996 Dodge RAM 1500 ST Club Cab LB 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Down shifted and it accelerated then fell on
face. Spray starter fluid in it wants to start.

maybe fuel filter grabbed the bit of dirt it needed to plug solid, check at fuel rail for fuel and pressure, or disconnect bat .wire - for a few minutes and reconnect, hold peddle to metal and crank
