2003 Dodge Ram 1500 / Hemi won't start, turns over fine, but will not fire

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 / Hemi, it will not start, it will turn over and keep turning over, but will not fire. I checked the fuel pump fuse, but I cannot hear the fuel pump run, that being said, my neighbor has the same truck and we cannot hear his fuel pump either. Not sure what to look for, any ideas?

While cranking it over have someone spray a small amount of starting fluid into intake. If it runs momentarily its fuel delivery issue. If not most likely ignition issue. If you determine fuel delivery issue look to fuel pump fuse, fuel pump relay or ECM.

check/hit your fuel pressure reset button. had the same problem, had it taken to the shop, that's all the mechanic did, after he charged 100 for the diagnostic.
where is my fuel pressure reset button?

07 Crew 4x4 Hemi 5.7 - I’ve changed my fuel pump twice to fix this. Now, for a week straight after the second replaced pump... It won’t start but turns over fine when I turn the key the first time. I try the key again and it gets gas when I press the pedal and starts/runs strong. I wonder if the reset on the egr has anything to do with it? This photo is the top of the fuel pump (I went in by cutting the truck bed w/ a grunder).
First why would you cut your truck bed? Second there are so many reasons why a truck will not start everything from crank/cam sensor to purge solenoid to bad wiring a wire with coding rubbed off so on. Typically follow normal things such as check all fuses. Then check all grounds to make sure they are not broken corroded so on. Then if that dosent fix it go to your leak detection pump check hoses on and around it for leaks or cracks. If not the problem and still no codes look at your iat sensor make sure it looks good. Check throttle make sure it's not gunky. Check vacuum hoses make sure there are no leaks so on. Then if nothing else look at your ecm/pcm/ecu so on norm top connector will control this check wiring for brakes so on. Before you start buying parts.
