Not start

My dodge ram 1500 started up just fine before I
put in new spark plug wires but after I changed
them it will try and crank over but it won't start up.
What's wrong?

Did you change the wires one at a time? It sounds like the firing order is wrong or the cap developed a crack if so change cap and rotor. I hope this helps. Take care.
