No power when I turn key in 1997 1500 dodge

Asked by Magnum_1997 Mar 10, 2017 at 06:34 AM about the 1997 Dodge RAM 1500 Laramie SLT Club Cab LB 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck started and ran fine I stopped and
shut the truck off when I got back in I had
the door buzzer and when I turned the key
to start the door buzzer quit and I have no
power on dash or in the cab at all and the
truck won't start. I've checked all the fuses
and the battery has 12.4 volts. What could
the issue be?

Thanks Babyjoker! That was my issue as well. Battery posts had 12.56vdc and the battery wire post connectors had 10.4vdc. Tightened that sucker up and had 12.5 at the fuse box. Thanks dude!
