97 Dodge Ram 1500 pic up

Hi , I have a 97 Dodge Ram 1500 pic up , when I
use 4 wheel truck start locking up , and if I am
making a turn it gets worse , I checked all my axle
joints and drive shafts , they all good , so I had my
transfercase rebuilt , it's doing the same thing ,
rebuilder gave me a nother unit , doing the same
thing , any ideas plz , thx

It just start , this happend in January, after the snow storm we had , until that it was fine

I had check all that also , opend frount and rear differential, frount axles , drive shafts are perfectly fine ,

I have checked all the axles and tubes also , they looking good , I am also suspecting the rebuilder screwup , even Thoe he is saying no
