my pickup makes alot of squeaking sound when turning, what should i do?

Use a grease gun and inject grease in all of the components using the zerk fitting. Ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, idler arm, Pittman arm if applicable. Lubricate the upper and lower control arm bushings, sway bar, etc.. using a silicone based spray lubricant.
