Wipers keep blowing the fuse

wipers blow the fuse every time we try to turn them on. We have replaced the wiper motor, relay switch and the steering wheel assembly and they still don't work. Do you have any ideas how to fix the wipers? Its a 97 or a 98 Dodge Ram SLT Laramie 2 dr extended cab.

You have a short somewhere in the wire that feeds power to the wiper motor.
Yes but where do I start looking for the short? There is no visual burnt or cracked wires?

My ram, 97, did the same thing, disconnecting the wiper motor stopped the fuse from blowing. So I replaced the motor and it hasn't happened since.
Would the wrong wiper motor cause the fuse to keep blowing
