1998 dodge ram 1500 12v red constant to the ignition has no power.

So my father in law is having problems starting his
dodge. We changed the switch out checked all the
fuses and nothing. Pulled the harness a part and
the 12v red has no power. The pink and black does
how ever. Please help

There's a 30 amp fuse that feeds the red wire. See attached link to the ignition switch schematic..http://www.emprendedor.link/1998-dodge-ram-wiring-diagram/3/ignition-coil-wiring-diagram/
