my atl is new but it steel will not work what can it be

You had the battery load tested, right? 12.6 volts and its good? Check all connections to the alternator, Clean and tight... along with ALL grounding straps! Check the power distribution box (FUSE) under the hood inspect the High amp Alternator fuse make sure its "good". If these checks don't correct the NO charge issue voltage drop testing on the circuit will be required. Regards

yes I have tested that fuse and tight and cleaned all wire ends. That is all good and the batter to. I am at a lost.
