Cam sensor not sending fuel sync signal

Trying to set cam/crank/ fuel
sync. Very nice Zeus snap on
scanner. Not showing any reading
on scanner. New ecm, new crank
sensor, new cam sensor, 2000 5.9
magnum.

New ECM, was it programmed for theft? You might have an activated immobilzer.

Truck runs, but running advanced, High idle, 1000 rpm moving distributor counterclockwise floods it out/ kills it. Right now its about 7 or 8 degrees advanced we think, it's running smoothly but cant get it to idle down to 650 rpms
