Cam and crank sync on Dodge 5.9

Just put a crate motor in 02 Ram 1500. Company that built
motor installed an RV cam. Cam and crank wont stay
synced. Is there anything I can do to make this combination
work?

RV cam???...you paid for an operating motor (out of the box), I'd take it back n demand they make it right under warranty. If you mess with it, it'll void any warranty.
