Check your fuses until you locate the blown fuse.

Use electrical/duct tape or wire nuts until your ready to connect that wire then you can pull it off when ready or disconnect battery or locate the radio fuse and pull it until your done.

In what fuse box do I look at the one by the driver side or under the hood

The drivers side just under dash more likely.

Its fuse may also be on the cig lighter and/or horn too. Back side of fuse panel should have a placement chart.

I just went and checked those fuses and the bulbs but they are all working

Look for or trace the two wires to see where the burned spot is. May look under hood too for any other fuses or see it there is any other fuse panels, some have fuse panels on passenger side too. The fuse block may have took a hit at that spot or the fuse is blown but looks good, you can use a voltmeter to check them without removing each fuse with key on.

Ok well thank you but another question so my truck has the 5.9L 360 in it and I'm not sure if it's supposed to waste a whole lot of gas I don't drive it very far but I feel like it's wasting too much gas like I see that gas needle move to fast

Well it may. Try cleaning the thottle body and IAC with throttle body cleaner (remove & use assortment of small brushes no metal ones & instal new gaskets). Can make sure your fuel pressure is in range and fuel filter & injectors are clean. All clean or replace spark plugs. Can clean the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner just do not touch the filament, spray it only. New air filter. May need to use a injector cleaner designed to go in the fuel tank to clean carbon off internal parts & try mid or high grade fuel once every 1-3 months depending on driving habits. A lot of people do not think about wheel bearings and old or low inflated tires but can reduce MPG, Install low-rolling resistance tires. Switch to synthetic oil. Bad oxygen sensors or stopped up catalytic converter or engine running to warm or too rich can burn excess fuel.
