Wires to each module

I have a 2000 dodge ram that was a 3.9 now it is a
5.9 do to engine difficulty  and its not starting is
there a way I can check each wire to see if they
belong there

Did you replace the ECU and wiring harness, as you would have to going to a V8.

Where did you get the ECU? Around 1998 to 2001 they had either a 16 tooth ring tone or a 32 tooth ring tone that the crank shaft sensor picks up on.
