Widshield wiper fuse location on 2001 dodge ram 1500 slt laramie 5.9

My windseild wipers dont work at all and my fuses
dont have a diagram. Can anywone help me locate
the fuse or relay

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 l and my wiper blades stopped working also I got a new motor and did the same thing nothing but I was getting power to the plug found out that it had a bad ground so it power but then when you try to put a load on it you would lose the load because of no ground to test it you can just take a wire attached it to something that is metal and then attach it to the motor by touching it with the wire and the motor should chicken on for you then try that out see what happens
