You could have the cables from your Distributor wired wrong. If they are wired in the wrong order the car will not start. Check that out. If it still don't work, then maybe your alternator could be busted or the starter motor itself; but my money is on the Distributor Cap.

Are you getting spark? you replaced the fuel pump but did you check for pressure at the rail? there is a schrader valve on the drivers side of the rail. You could also rule out the ASD relay by swapping it with one you know works, they are located in the power distribution center under the hood. Like mentioned above, check the cap and rotor for damage (even small cracks can affect it), check the wires for damage and that they are connected properly. Even if you have spark it could be a weak coil
