01 dodge ram 1500 gas problem

My 01 dodge ram 1500 is burning to much gas I could go 250 miles with one
tank and we did my injectors and it still burning gas  to much and blowing black
smoke out here and there. I also remove my How do I convert her beef for this
was all an issue because it was so clogged so I cut it off and and just made a
little pipe, for the Catalytic converter

You just created more problems by doing that, now the computer can't read the catalysts performance. Black smoke is too rich condition, so you could have a sensor misread like the ECT or ACT sensor, bad sensor grounds, bad fuel regulator or even a bad fuel pump. Live data scanning can show the sensor readings but they might be off due to catalyst missing so ignore anything referring to O2 sensor 2 position for the time being until you get the rich condition fixed.

This fuel problem started 3 weeks ago the cat been cut off for 8 months so it was fine up to this problem
