wouldn't start and diagnosed with bad crank sensor and bad processor, flashed the processor and truck is running. Now the doggone thing "hiccups" (misses or at least sounds like it) during idle and while driving...any ideas?

Did you replace the crank sensor? It's not clear.
Yes, the shop replaced the sensor and then it was still running pretty badly. They still had a chk engine lite but no code, so they flashed the processor
Thx guys, the shop ended up replacing the crank sensor, again, and tightening everything else up. Seems like the previous mechanic didn't do such a "great" job
