'01 dodge 1500 engine swap

So I have an 01 dodge 1500  5.9l magnum runs
great but I want to swap out a 360 with 408 stroker  
when this engine goes. I'm wanting around 400 hp
out of the new engine. What kind of modification
or trouble will I run into adding that much power?

Depending on your intentions ? Your rear end most definately transmission and could go further
