I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 318 motor. My truck wont fire?

I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 318 motor. My truck wont fire. I checked the spark plugs and wires and i changed the distributor cap and the button. What else could it be?? It just turns and wont fire.

Check out the ignition system, the coil, the ignition control module, these can be tested at the auto parts store, Also not sure if they still use a ballast resistor, usually up by the coil or fire wall, it's white porcelain with 2 connections on it.
