OKay guys recently I have had a bit of engine Failure lol so to correct this I have found a new motor out of a 95 dodge 1500 mine is a 2001 5 .9 360 the 95 is also a 360 5.9 can I put the 95inmytruck

Yes you can. You might have to swap a few of the parts off of the old engine and use them on the newer one. Other than that it should go in no problem.

But one is ob 1 and the other is ob 2? And buy the way I also own a 2001 ws6 Trans am :) and the engine I'm putting in is from a 94

Ahhh ok I gotcha now. Thanks, tennisshoes. That's what I ment by having to swap the stuff off of the old engine (even though its technically the newer engine by year)

No lol my truck is newer motor is older so I have all the sensors :) now to research what I have to swap

Yes, exactly. As far as fit goes should drop in no problem. Dodge made the 5.9 360 for ever. I don't think the block and heads changer on the outside at all.

I can't find anything online about what I'll need to swap on mine to the 95......
