What's up with my Ram

.. my truck throws two codes for the e van and then about 5 for the multiple
misfiring I changed the spark plugs but right after I did ... on the freeway I had to
literally drive on the sholder because there was no power she was backfireing a
little before this and right before the backfire the truck its self reved up without
me pushing on the gas... there's a knock thats really bad step dad. Says ill need a
new engine however a friend said to check the knock sensor  I don't know please
help me ..

Scan for the OBDii troubles codes again and tell us what the numbers are. ex. p0300
