MY 2002 RAM 1500 5.9L PICKUP TRUCK

My regulator/voltage  light is on, I had the battery and alternator checked.  The battery checked out bad, and the alternator was good.  I purchased a new battery and the light went off for two day and now it back on.  I am lost because the truck is voltage ligh is back on.

good. now you need to tend to that MAIN ground connection at the end of that battery clamping 1/0awg cable as it attaches to the chassis ground~ wirebrush the lug and the frame to assure solid 300 or more cold cranking amps~ the little blue spark of dis-similar metals creates a layer of semi- conductor over the years and needs to be cleaned off~
