For what it's worth, demand your warranty, NOW! They're playing for time/warranty running out. I'm guessin' you mean the TC holes don't line up or the nipple on the front of the TC is too big for the hole n the crank?!?

I know paranoid you feel when mechanics pull some shit like that... I had a similar one experience... Im a mechanicap engineer....and the impression of fast and furious... Gave me an inspiration... The best solution brother, don't buy an old dodge, it's not a GM vechicle... Parts are more expensive, lots of factory defects and the Electrical System on older Ram1500 sucks..... I'll keep it short... All tho 1500 Hemi Ram isn't all that bad, they had to take out your old flywheel and reuse it... It should have 2 extra teeth on(plus it's stainless steel the uae same one in a Hemi, R44 tranny, all you electrical wiring lay is on a different side, Jeep's have their battery, on the passenger side. Make sure your mechanic, does your emissions correctly, the EGR valves are different on those 2.... And like I said before....it's Dodge not GM vechicle... I'd they will bypass your EGR, your truck I will never run right... It will go in limp mode all the time... You will have to reset your computer thousand time a day... Your cooling will not function properly anymore, you will have to get one of those custom fan relays, so u will not overheat, but DO not take off the thermeter... Or your speedometer cluster will not show how hot your motor is operating, I have installed a back up toggle switch on line just in case... And you might have a different ono sensor... Ram has a dual one, Jeep has a single one, you are going to have to tap and die some bolts..... Make sure they both even... I have 2006 dodge ram 1500 4.7 Laramie with a 2008 Dodge Durango SLT 4by4 in it lol.... I went throw alot with that freaking trick and spend so much time and money I could be driving a brand new Hemi lol.... Don't do what I did, get rid of that truck ASAP lol, don't do what I did, oh and always use copper champion plugs, Lucas oil stabiler, and run it on 93 and change plugs more often since you don't have an EGR valve no more lol, Good luck bro
