no sound radio is on

radio is on I can put it on a station and it shows its on put in a c.d. and I can see it counting and playing but no sound the fuse under the hood for radio amp is good I changed it to be sure plz help

Has anyone found an answer to this? I just bought a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, SLT 4WD SB. Radio worked the first two days I had it, and then the radio (or speakers) stopped working. Same thing, I can see the counting and that it's on but there's no sound.

just installed a Boss BV960NV got power and gps works but no sound. Wires are together correctly. I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. Any ideas what my problem might be?
