What all is needed to swap a 2001 ram 1500 with a 5.2l into my 2003 ram 1500 with 5.7l HEMI?

My 2003 5.7l hemi dropped a valve and I want to replace it with a 2001 ram
1500 with a 5.2l. I have both 2001 ram 1500 with a 5.2l  engine with
transmission. What do I need to make the swap

The mechanics are pretty straightforward, it's the electronics/engine computer you'll need to address, the computer will need to be reflashed for anti-theft, VIN, mileage, and they generally can only be re-flashed with factory data, so you'll need to know the differential gear ratio in both vehicles and check if an 01 w/5.2L can be flashed to your 03's gearing.
