Swapping a 4.7 from a 02 to my 03 dodge ram 1500

I have a 03 ram 1500 with a
4.7 and it blew the motor, I
just found a 2002 ram 1500
with a 4.7 for a really good
price, can I use the motor
from the 02 for my o3???

I did it on my 03 durango and its running fine everything bolted up good no check eng light good oil pressure and runs cool!!
