#4 Miss fire

03 Dodge 1500 5.9 v8 shows a code  04 miss fire on
cylinder 4  Jas new plugs miss is really bad driving at about
45 to 50 mph when it shifts into overdrive  was told it has
either a bad I take or an I take gasket blown. Any ideas?

Try cleaning or swapping around fuel injectors, then try checking pulse signal with noid light. It can be hard to detect a intake gasket leak, check YT for how-to's.
