will a 4.7 2003 run with no compression in 2 cyclinder

truck ran hot then went no crank then i compression checked all cyclinder's an
2 of them no compression but the i set a new asd relay in then had fire to coils
but lots of water in oil pan i want to crank and repair with blue devil head sealer
can that be done if so tell be the best way to go about it

If the two cylinders with no compression are next to each other the head gasket is blown between the two cylinders. Blue Devil is a good product but you must follow the instructions on the bottle exactly for it to work! Hope that helps! Jim
