How do I fix the lumbar control switch?

The lumbar control switch doesn't work, and the up and down switch doesn't work either.

If you're certain it's the switch you can pick one up on eBay --- http://www.ebay.com/itm/2002-2006-Dodge-Ram-1500-2500-3500-Left-Drivers-Power-Seat-Switch-/121515184795?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1c4ade929b&vxp=mtr --- It's hard to buy items off a seat from a boneyard, they want you to buy the entire seat and not just pieces off of it. You can get just power seat motors easier on eBay too, as again the boneyards will only sell you an entire seat.
